Consent & Media Usage Policy

At Lia Photography, we love sharing the creativity, connection, and artistry that happens in each session.

This page outlines how your images, videos, and behind-the-scenes content may be used for promotional purposes.

What You’re Agreeing To

By booking a session with Lia Photography and checking the consent box at booking,
you grant permission for the following:
 
Photographs captured during your session
Video clips, including behind-the-scenes content
Audio, if recorded to be used for non-commercial promotional purposes, including:
My social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
The Lia Photography website: www.liaphotography.co.uk
Online or printed advertising materials (flyers, posters, etc.)
Photography exhibitions, blog features, or editorial submissions

Usage Guidelines

Images and videos will always be used tastefully and respectfully.

I may crop, retouch, or edit content, but will never alter your identity
or appearance without consent.

No personal contact information will be shared.

Your first name or Instagram handle may be used only with your permission.

Your Rights

You always have control over how your content is used:

You may request to stay anonymous

You can opt out of future use at any time by contacting me

You can ask that specific images or videos not be shared

Clients Under 18

If the client is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must give written permission before any content is published or shared.

Required for Free/Test Sessions

Consent is required for complimentary or test sessions (e.g. free headshot shoots),
as these are part of my portfolio-building and promotional work.
If you prefer a private session with no image usage, I offer paid sessions with full privacy options.
