Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with LIA Photography, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable.

The remaining 70% is due no later than the day of your session.
-
Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
-
Payments are accepted via Wix Payments or bank transfer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
-
One free reschedule is allowed if requested 48+ hours before the session.
-
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice result in deposit loss.
-
No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may shorten or cancel the session without refund.
Image Delivery & Gallery Access
-
Final edited images are delivered via a private Wix online gallery within 7–14 working days.
-
The gallery will remain accessible for 30 days.
-
Clients can download high-resolution images for personal use.
-
Additional images, retouching, or extended gallery access may incur a fee.
Copyright & Usage
-
LIA Photography retains full copyright over all images.
-
Clients receive personal-use rights (e.g., printing, social media with credit).
-
Images may not be edited (e.g., filters, cropping) without permission.
-
Commercial use requires separate licensing.
Model Release
-
Clients may grant permission for selected images to be shared on LIA Photography’s portfolio, website, and social platforms.

Consent is optional and can be opted out during booking or by written request.
Client Responsibilities
-
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Please notify us in advance of any specific needs or expectations.
Force Majeure
-
In the event of illness, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, LIA Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session with full refund or credit.
