Cancellation Policy

​ A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable. The remaining 70% is due no later than the day of your session. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. Payments are accepted via Wix Payments or bank transfer. ​Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. reschedule is allowed if requested 48+ hours before the session. Cancellations with less than a week notice result in deposit loss. No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may shorten or cancel the session without refund.
